## About the Role

* Terminal Services, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365 - hier bist du in deinem Element.
 * Du bringst deine Skills in Netzwerkadministration, Firewalls, VPN und IT-Security-Strategien ein.
 * Hyper-V, VMware ESXi - Virtualisierung kennst du und setzt sie souverän ein.
 * Du gehst strukturiert an komplexe Supportfälle und Fehleranalysen ran.
 * Du betreust VoIP-Telefonanlagen, idealerweise auch 3CX.
 * Du dokumentierst sauber und hältst unsere Systemlandschaften transparent.

 * Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, ein Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration im Microsoft-Umfeld.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in AD, RDS, SQL Server, Microsoft 365/Azure AD.
 * Fit in Virtualisierung (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi), Netzwerken und Firewalls (z.B. Sophos, Fortinet).
 * Erfahrung mit VoIP-Systemen ist ein Plus.
 * Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse.
 * Du brauchst einen Führerschein der Klasse B, das Auto kommt von uns.

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

 * Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Admin)
 * PowerShell, VB-Kenntnisse
 * Erfahrung mit Branchensoftware (beA, FileMaker, WinSolvenz, AdvoWare)
 * Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen
