* Strong professional experience building and maintaining complex web applications with TypeScript.
 * Deep Node.js backend experience and strong React expertise.
 * Experience working across the full stack rather than being purely frontend or backend focused.
 * Comfortable taking ownership of projects and making technical decisions independently.
 * Experience working in an agile, product-led environment.
 * Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

 * AWS, Kubernetes or Terraform experience.

You'll take ownership of features from concept through to deployment, working closely with Product and Design and having a direct influence on the evolution of the platform.
What you'll be doing

 * Build and ship new product features, including AI-powered functionality and intelligent automation.
 * Work across the stack using TypeScript, Node.js and React.
 * Help shape technical direction and product decisions alongside Product and Design.
 * Design and implement modular services and packages within a large-scale codebase.
 * Own projects independently, from initial concept through production.
 * Contribute to improving engineering standards, architecture and maintainability.
