Microsoft certifications.
Experience contributing to architectural decisions and non-functional design requirements.

continuous improvement and project-based initiatives, contributing to the evolution of a critical SQL Server estate.You will act as a key technical reference for database administration, resilience, performance optimization, and operational best practices, while collaborating closely with infrastructure, architecture, engineering, and broader IT teams.What you will do Administer, monitor, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments across the enterprise estate.Define and promote database standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.Contribute to the design of data architectures, including data integration approaches, schema development, data quality, storage decisions, and performance considerations.Install, configure, patch, and manage SQL Server and related database products.Own and improve backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure operational continuity.Implement and maintain database security controls in line with
