Experience in project management methodologies, including agile frameworks and ability to coordinate teams using these approaches. Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, platforms, and emerging technologies. Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with design teams to enhance user experience. Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices to ensure inclusive and user-friendly digital experiences. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles to facilitate communication with developers. Knowledge of web analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, online advertising and marketing automation tools. Experience in managing digital projects using platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), integrating other tools and digital technologies to optimize omnichannel strategy, is desirable.
