 - You think outside the box, dare to question assumptions and actively seek innovative solutions
 - You are eager to learn, enjoy experimenting (e.G. pilots or proofs of concept) and are open to pushing your boundaries

 - You cope well with change, unexpected situations and pressure
 - You have experience or an affinity with payroll administration, social legislation and/or IT
 - You have experience with change and stakeholder management
 - You communicate fluently in French and English.

## Description
