## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field
 * 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
 * 2+ years of experience with industrial job-costing ERP systems.
 * Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.
 * Experience with month-end/year-end closing, inventory, WIP, fixed assets, and job-cost accounting.
 * Advanced/expert-level Microsoft Excel skills required, including:

 * VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
 * INDEX/MATCH
 * Pivot Tables
 * Power Query
 * Advanced formulas and data analysis
 * Financial modeling
 * Custom financial and operational reporting
 * Large dataset analysis
 * Experience with ERP system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and workflow improvements.
 * Strong attention to detail and financial/analytical skills.
 * Must be comfortable working in an office located within an active industrial plant and occasionally entering the production/shop floor.
 * Must follow all facility and shop-floor safety procedures.
