Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, Finance, or related field. * 5-8+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, analytics enablement, ERP/CRM systems, or related roles. * Experience with data quality tools and/or structured MDM processes (platform experience a plus). * Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.). * Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience building or formalizing a data governance program. Experience with donor management, fundraising, nonprofit, healthcare, or membership-based organizations. Power BI experience. SQL experience and understanding of relational databases. Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or data migrations. Familiarity with Microsoft-based data and reporting technologies. Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices. The Enterprise Data & Analytics Lead is responsible for the governance, integrity, quality, and lifecycle management of the organization's master data across key domains. This role establishes data standards, policies, and controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance across enterprise systems. The Enterprise Data & Analytics Lead partners cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Operations, HR, Compliance, and executive leadership to ensure that master data and foundational datasets support operational efficiency, trusted reporting and analytics, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making.
