* 5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or AI engineering experience
 * 2+ years building and deploying Generative AI solutions in production
 * Strong experience with Python development
 * Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)
 * Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
 * Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI application design patterns
 * Experience deploying applications within Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform environments
 * Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable system design
 * Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft AI ecosystem experience
 * Experience fine-tuning or optimizing foundation models
 * LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks
 * Experience with ML Ops practices and model lifecycle management
 * Knowledge of NLP, recommendation engines, or predictive analytics
 * Experience developing AI agents and multi-agent workflows
 * Experience with Databricks and machine learning platforms
 * Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes
