This is not a role for someone who wants to stay in one narrow lane forever. It is a good fit for a developer who likes to explore, learn, build, and modernize. Our current environment includes ColdFusion, SQL Server, and a mix of supporting technologies, but the direction is toward open source tools, modern REST-backed applications, and static web assets. We want someone who can be productive in the current environment without being frustrated by change, and who is energized by the chance to help shape what comes next.
