## Description

+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for instructional technologies used in online course delivery.

 + Deliver training, and resources to support faculty in effective online teaching and course design.

 + Review and assess courses for quality, accessibility, and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

 + Manage and support small-scale instructional design projects, including timelines, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.

 + Research emerging trends and tools in instructional design and recommend improvements to digital learning practices.
