 * Hands-on configuration experience across Workday Core HCM, Talent and Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation
 * Must hold at least one or more ACTIVE Workday Certification to be considered.
 * Demonstrated command of end-to-end tenant configuration, with the depth to work confidently across the full tenant
 * Experience with the business process framework, security configuration, and reporting
 * Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with proven ability to interact directly with client stakeholders
 * Workday Benefits certification or configuration experience preferred

## Description

* Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, including Talent and Recruiting and Advanced Compensation
 * Design and configure business processes within the Workday business process framework
 * Build and maintain security configuration across domain and business process security policies
 * Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize reports and calculated fields
 * Evaluate cross-functional impacts of configuration changes across the tenant before implementation
 * Lead client-facing working sessions and translate business requirements into configuration decisions
 * Partner with client stakeholders through design, testing, and deployment activities
 * Document tenant configuration and support knowledge transfer to client teams
