We support and obey laws that prohibit discrimination everywhere we do business. ## Description Overview The Network Engineering Team shall perform a detailed root cause analysis and assess overall impact with respect to incidents and problems relating to the applications which cannot be resolved by the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Support teams. The Network Engineering Team also modifies the code and/or changes the configuration, if required, to correct the identified defect, and performs necessary acceptance testing before re-issuing the code for general use. Tier 3 performs application capacity planning, life cycle management, development, customization, and maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for responding to trouble tickets from the Help Desk automated trouble ticketing system. Performs network-related hardware and software System Administration functions best suited for after hours, including patches, upgrades, service packs, hotfixes, etc. to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability.
