You will maintain a professional presence that helps deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.  * Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
 * Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established site procedures.
 * Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
 * Support data center operations by directing visitors and deliveries, communicating professionally with site personnel, and reporting unusual activity or policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated client contacts.
