## About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer with 3-6 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade, mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in the Appian platform, strong SQL skills, and thrives in Agile/SAFe environments., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

 - 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience (v17.x or higher).

 - U.S. Citizenship required (Federal contract requirement).

 - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

 - Appian Certified Associate or Senior Developer required.

 - Proficiency in SQL, Relational Databases.

Key Competencies

 - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 - Proactive approach to learning and obtaining higher-level Appian certifications.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

 - Appian Certified Lead Developer designation.

 - Understanding of federal IT compliance (FISMA, NIST, Section 508).

 - Experience with performance tuning and application troubleshooting.

## Description
