The Protocol Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal and supplier audits, evaluating manufacturing protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality systems., Audit Execution * Conduct internal and external audits of semiconductor manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and process controls. * Evaluate compliance with established manufacturing protocols, SOPs, ISO standards, and customer requirements. * Perform process, product, and system audits across assembly, testing, packaging, and material handling operations. Protocol & Process Compliance * Develop, review, and maintain quality assurance protocols and audit procedures. * Verify adherence to process control methodologies including SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and MSA. * Ensure manufacturing documentation and inspection records are accurate and up to date. Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) * Identify process deviations, nonconformities, and quality risks during audits. * Lead root cause analysis investigations and monitor corrective/preventive action implementation. * Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of quality issues. Quality System Management * Support compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP, and other applicable semiconductor industry standards. * Monitor quality metrics and prepare audit performance reports for management review. * Assist in continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency and product reliability. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supplier Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns. * Provide audit support during customer visits and certification assessments.
