## About the Role

Bachelor's degree or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, risk management, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of privacy regulations, including CCPA, PIPEDA, HIPAA, COPPA, BIPA, and other state privacy laws.
Experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and managing privacy risk mitigation activities, with familiarity using privacy management platforms such as OneTrust or TrustArc.

## Description

Lead end-to-end Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for applications, systems, vendors, and business processes to identify privacy risks and compliance requirements.
Analyze privacy risks, document findings, and recommend mitigation strategies while partnering with business, legal, IT, and cybersecurity teams.
Manage privacy-related projects and program activities, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Maintain data mapping, governance documentation, and privacy assessment records to support compliance and audit readiness.
Support complex Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), privacy audits, maturity assessments, and incident response activities.
