 - Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js in production, including:

 - API routes
 - Performance optimization
 - Proficient with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
 - Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)
 - Two video interviews required
