## About the Role

* You hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
 * Bring a minimum of five years' experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
 * Further, you demonstrate hands-on experience with maintenance and engineering of mechanical equipment including compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
 * Interpret and understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings confidently
 * You apply knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies
 * Design, specify, and engineer mechanical systems, assets, and projects effectively
 * Also you communicate clearly and collaborate well within teams, delivering presentations as needed
 * Work independently and lead or contribute actively to cross-functional teams
 * Manage multiple tasks efficiently as a self-starter, achieving results with minimal supervision
 * Utilize computers and standard software packages such as Microsoft Office and email proficiently

## Description

* You will collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset issues and reliability threats
 * Analyze data from various sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvements
 * Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence
 * Support engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability
 * Further, you will review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures
 * Conduct and assist with Reliability Assessments of facilities and equipment
 * Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous reliability improvements
 * Support the setup of new facilities and reliability programs
 * Lead key reliability programs and initiatives to enhance asset performance
 * Also, you will assist in identifying critical spares and creating Bills of Materials for essential assets
