## About the Role

* Must currently possess a Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree in a technical area (Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math).
 * Prior experience working across the System Engineering lifecycle and processes.
 * Strong experience with mathematical model tools/ languages; such as MATLAB, Python, etc.
 * Familiarity with Free-Space Optical systems
 * Familiarity with Control Systems, EO/IR pointer/tracker systems, and Algorithm design
 * Able to prioritize work, multi-task and adjust to time constraint
 * Possess a drive for continuous improvement and product ownership
 * Analytical and critical thinking skills; a creative and proactive thinker who enjoys solving complex problems
 * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
 * Experience in being part of a multidisciplinary project team, * Prior experience working with Control Systems, EO/IR pointer/tracker systems and Algorithm design
 * Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
 * Familiarity with modelling tool such as Magic Draw
 * M.S. in Systems Engineering
 * Experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools, Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
