Preferred Skills * Experience with military or commercial design standards. * Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553. * Experience with UML modeling tools or DOORS. * Background in embedded systems or RTOS environments such as VxWorks. * Knowledge of C and C++ programming. * Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python. * Familiarity with Qt Framework and QML-based front-end development. * Knowledge of secure networking protocols such as SSL/TLS, SSH, and SFTP. * Experience with Nessus, Coverity, STIG hardening, and virtual machines. * Exposure to model-based engineering tools such as MagicDraw or Enterprise Architect. * Experience with NI TestStand and combat vehicle functionality. This role offers the opportunity to work across engineering and vehicle test environments to solve technical problems, improve system performance, and help ensure reliable mission-ready outcomes.
