Preferred Qualifications * Hands-on experience working with XML, XSD, and JSON data formats. * Experience in backend testing, including file processing, message queues (MQs), and integration testing. * Ability to analyze and troubleshoot production and test failures using Windows server logs and Splunk. * Experience developing and maintaining VBA macros. * Experience working within Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Demonstrated ability to learn and understand complex business requirements, systems, and technical architectures. * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results. * Strong ownership mindset with the ability to coordinate work end-to-end. * Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team player. * Ability to support multiple applications and projects simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. ## Description We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to support the testing of multiple initiatives. The person in this role will be responsible for owning initiative QA support, coordinating end-to-end testing, addressing issues, and managing testing status reports.
