## About the Role

* 8+ years of SAP project or program management experience.

 * Experience leading SAP implementations in Order to Cash, or related functional areas.

 * Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional ERP transformation programs.

 * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality processes, and operational business functions.

 * Experience managing executive stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, and external consulting partners.

 * Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

 * Experience working in regulated industries such as Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, or similar environments is highly preferred., The successful candidate is a hands-on SAP program leader who can drive execution, hold teams accountable, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and bring structure and discipline to a large global transformation. Deep Manufacturing and Quality domain expertise is beneficial; however, proven SAP delivery leadership and ERP transformation experience are the highest priorities, with S/4HANA experience considered a strong plus rather than a requirement.
