 * Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms.
 * Strong communication and organizational skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
 * Perfect English Language is a MUST

## Description

* Managing and leading the internal IT team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
 * Managing and supervising the MDM enrollment process across user devices.
 * Contributing to the development and continuous enhancement of internal IT systems and tools.
 * Handling customer-facing IT infrastructure tasks, including deployment of on-premises environments covering Windows Server, Hyper-V virtualization, storage configuration, and VM deployment.
 * Managing cloud infrastructure tasks and operations.
 * Handling both internal IT requests and customer IT requests, ensuring continuity and quality of service.
 * Escalating and coordinating with relevant teams on complex technical issues.
