 * Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, including frameworks like React or similar, component-based architecture, and state management patterns.

 * Solid understanding of software design principles and frontend architecture, with the ability to design clean APIs and well-structured systems.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment on technical solutions.

Nice to Have:

 * Experience with Lua or React Native in a production environment.
 * Experience with UI performance profiling and optimization.
 * Experience developing applications across multiple platforms (mobile, desktop, VR, consoles).
 * Familiarity with C++ for understanding Roblox engine integration.

 * Develop robust, extensible systems powering Roblox's core surfaces (Home, Avatar, Search, and more) used by hundreds of millions of users and creators.
 * Create scalable solutions for building high-quality, intuitive, and reliable user interfaces that elevate the overall product experience.
 * Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver cohesive, delightful user experience.
