Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Biology, Meteorology, or related fields. + 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Experience or knowledge of mission critical operations with respect to high-stakes environmental programs and communications management. + Experience or knowledge of acoustical engineering and acoustical data analysis. + Outstanding skills and experience in collaboration and relationship-building with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders, and strong problem-solving and project management skills. ## Description + Define and steer the global vision and strategy for GDC's Environmental Programs, prioritizing community concerns related environmental program, aligning regional initiatives with evolving Google standards and global GDC operational models. + Partner with executive GDC leadership, CSRM, and EHS stakeholders to integrate and execute environmental initiatives as a core GDC business strategy to enable licenses to operate. + Standardize and oversee the global environmental risk management framework to identify, evaluate, and mitigate end-to-end environmental risks, while ensuring proactive adaptation to market forces. + Establish and monitor global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving global and industry level benchmarking across all operating models with a focus on community-specific environmental impacts.
