You will own the technical direction of our fan-facing products while managing and mentoring a team of frontend engineers. This role requires deep expertise in React and Next.js, combined with strong leadership skills and a commitment to leveraging AI tools to accelerate team velocity. You will partner with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver performant, accessible, and engaging experiences that connect fans to the sport of lacrosse, from live game experiences to fantasy platforms and beyond. Qualifications * Technical Leadership: Set technical standards, establish best practices, and make architectural decisions that scale across web and mobile platforms.
