Organized into Centers of Expertise-including Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Relations-our team designs and implements best-in-class programs that support our workforce and organizational objectives. As a Compensation Data & Analytics Partner (Compensation Staff III/IV), you'll work at the intersection of data, strategy, and people to ensure our pay practices are equitable, competitive, and aligned with business goals. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering compensation programs that drive our total rewards strategy, providing expert guidance on everything from market analysis and job evaluation to annual planning and pay equity. This position is located in El Segundo, CA., requiring at least 4 days onsite.
