Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related discipline. * Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), or other government engineering and test programs. * Proficiency with Tableau or comparable business intelligence and visualization platforms. * Experience implementing artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI solutions within operational environments. * Experience with containerization and deployment technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Knowledge of cloud-based data and analytics architectures. * Experience working within Agile software development environments. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical and executive stakeholders. ## Description Torch Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join a team developing advanced data processing, workflow automation, visualization, and analytics capabilities supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground Test Program. This position supports MDA's Digital Engineering transformation efforts and Ground Test Program activities.
