You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager. What YOU will do: * Develop, design and conclude experiments to accelerate business capabilities in Generative AI for safety-critical development. * Identify, evaluate, and promote emerging AI technologies and their potential applications across the business. * Define and implement disruptive development process improvements that accelerate product and solution delivery cycle times. * Develop strategies that reduce total lifecycle costs through improved engineering practices and streamlined processes. * Drive initiatives to minimize technical debt and improve long-term maintainability of products and solutions. * Establish and promote reusable frameworks, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and consistency across programs. * Collaborate across organizations to identify opportunities for innovation and scalable adoption of new capabilities.
