U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, * Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years' prior relevant experience. * Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Program management. * Experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments. * Experience with program management tools such as EVMS, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management. * Experience with budget, schedule, Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and financial performance report generation with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering programs. * Experience with Budget Change Request (BCR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation for Test Systems Engineering programs. * Experience in managing teams. * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. Test Solutions (TS) products are in engineering labs, in the field, in factories, and in production testing environments utilized for testing weapon system products. TSEC has job opportunities across all phases of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, early engineering tests, design verification tests, production, and post-production sustainment., We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position as Principal Factory Sustainment Lead, located onsite in Huntsville, AL. This position requires leading a team of multi-discipline engineers, providing technical and execution oversight, and managing multiple projects for multiple programs in production factory environment. If you enjoy project management, creating the execution schedule for your project, understanding and owning the financial and associated Earned Value elements of running a team, partnering with other functional organizations, and establishing strong relationships with the program office and customers, this is the job for you! You will be responsible for driving to completion multiple stages of test product engineering development, sustainment, test equipment troubleshoot, and will be responsible for maintaining the cost, schedule and technical aspects of your assigned projects., Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. * This position requires security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
