Qualifications We Prefer: * Knowledge of Data Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes using SQL as the foundation. * Ability to understand complex systems and processes and translate business needs to requirements. * Working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies. * Self-motivated and proactive problem solver with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. * Knowledge of database structures, modeling implementation such as third normal form. * Experience with Python and related libraries such as Pandas for advanced data analytics. * Experience with configuration control (GitHub preferred) and DataDevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Jenkins or other deployment pipelines that provide Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). * Experience with Snowflake Streams, Stages and Snowpipes for data ingestion. * Experience with VS Code and GitHub Desktop for integrated development. * Experience with web application relational database models and APIs. * Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning methods * Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.. * Knowledge of advanced Excel, pivot tables, Power Query. * Experience with Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Supply Chain process and systems. ## Description * Effectively plan and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams supporting multiple key business initiatives. * Develop and manage data-driven solutions and architectures supporting multiple reports, tools, and systems. * Conduct advanced statistical analysis to yield actionable insights, identify trends, measure performance, and visualize disparate sources of data. * Turn ideas from proof-of-concepts to product while working with engineering teams to optimize factory productivity, customer satisfaction, and attainment of financial targets given a set of constantly changing supply constraints. * Engagement in data governance council to define, develop, and review standards, guidelines, and data models to promote data quality and best practices.
