THE WORK: As a Cyber RF Software Engineer Senior Staff, my typical day is filled with excitement and energy as I tackle a variety of challenges and responsibilities. Each day as a team lead, I oversee one or more software development teams and ensure that our work is excellent and matches or exceeds the outline of the software development process being used on any particular project. I'm passionate about mentoring and guiding my team members, and I enjoy watching them grow and develop their skills.
