## About the Role

* ISO Audits experience/Lead Auditor preferred
 * SPC, SQL and Power BI is a must
 * Experience in SAP
 * QMS - Quality Management System experience in manufacturing environment.
 * Someone who has had customer interaction or customer facing experience is a plus, * Experienced quality engineer in technical manufacturing.
 * Demonstrated ability to perform the listed duties and responsibilities and to mentor others in the same.
 * Experience managing business-to-business customer relationships.
 * Bachelor of science in math, engineering, physical science, or a minimum of 7 years experience as a QE, * Qualified lead auditor ISO 9001.
 * Strong background in statistics and SPC.
 * Knowledge of materials science & surface characterization.
 * Data mining via SQL query and Power BI.
 * SAP

## Description

* Lead others in developing a culture of collaboration, compliance, and respect.
 * Collaborate within and across departments to improve the integrated management system (IMS).
 * Demonstrate leadership and judgement in the development of quality planning for products and manufacturing processes, including in new product introduction (NPI).
 * Lead cross functional teams in the development of systems and solutions to improve internal quality.
 * Lead the development of failure modes and effects analyses, and the design of improvements to address high risk priority numbers.
 * Perform measurement systems analyses and use the results to design improvements.
 * Lead root cause analysis of quality problems in manufacturing.
 * Manage the customer complaint process, prepare corrective actions, drive successful implementation, and update the customer on progress and outcomes.
 * Drive projects to improve supplier quality.
 * Serve as lead auditor for compliance with ISO 9001, both internally and onsite at our suppliers.
 * Daily, monitor and report quality performance for a group of products and manufacturing processes
