The ideal candidate will have strong experience with VMware vCenter, networking, and backup technologies. We re looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed rather than waiting for work to come to them., * Strong experience with VMware vCenter

 * Strong networking knowledge; CCNA or equivalent experience preferred
 * Experience with backup technologies such as Veeam
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

 * Comfortable supporting both infrastructure and end-user needs
 * Ability to travel to company locations as needed

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator to join a nine-person IT team supporting approximately 500 employees across 30 locations. This is a fully onsite role that combines systems administration with end-user support in a collaborative, fast-moving environment., * Administer and troubleshoot VMware vCenter and virtual infrastructure

 * Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple locations
 * Manage and maintain backup and recovery systems
 * Provide systems administration and help desk support as needed
 * Troubleshoot server, network, hardware, and end-user technology issues
 * Occasionally travel to company locations for hands-on work, including cabling, network equipment, and security cameras
 * Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve the IT environment
 * Provide patient, professional support to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
