This is a full-time opportunity that will require onsite work in Oak Ridge, TN on a regular basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data and analytics leader to drive enterprise reporting strategy, architect scalable data solutions, and deliver business intelligence capabilities that support operational and strategic decision-making. Must have expertise in Power BI or Tableau, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT processes, SQL, and Python., * Proven experience as a Data Architect, Analytics Architect, BI Architect, or similar senior-level data and analytics professional. * Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent business intelligence platforms. * Strong knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and star schema design. * Advanced SQL development skills. * Strong Python development experience. * Experience designing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines. * Strong understanding of dashboard performance optimization and visualization best practices. * Experience gathering requirements and communicating effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders. * Ability to translate business objectives into scalable analytics and reporting solutions. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics environments. * Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices. * Experience evaluating and implementing modern analytics and observability tools. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms preferred. ## Description The Senior Data & Analytics Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
