Functional Responsibilities * Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management), or HCM * Translate business needs into Oracle Fusion configurations and solution designs * Configure modules such as: Financials: GL, AP, AR, CM, FA; SCM: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management; HCM (optional based on role) * Define business process flows, SOPs, and operating models * Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions using Oracle best practices * Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit, and regulatory requirements 2. Technical Responsibilities * Design and develop integrations using: OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), RESTSOAP APIs, FBDIADFdi * Develop and customize: BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, Smart View reporting * Work on data migration & conversion: Data mapping, cleansing, validation, Use of FBDIHDL tools * Perform extensions and personalization: Groovy scripting, Page Composer Application Composer * Troubleshoot production issues: Analyze logs, interface errors, reconciliation failures 3. Program Delivery Responsibilities * Participate in end to end Oracle Cloud implementation (Design Build Test Deploy Hypercare) * Support SIT, UAT, and release management * Collaborate with: Functional SMEs, Technical architects, Third party vendors SI partners * Ensure adherence to: SLAKPI commitments, Governance and change management frameworks * Provide post go live support and continuous improvement 4.
