The Software Engineering Group Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for scaling enterprise capabilities that accelerate software delivery, adoption, and organizational agility. This leader owns the enablement strategy across multiple portfolios, translating business and technology priorities into scalable execution models that drive consistent adoption and measurable outcomes. This role focuses on enterprise-wide enablement, scaling delivery practices, and embedding agile and AI-driven ways of working, ensuring transformation efforts are not only launched but sustained and continuously improved.
