This individual will be responsible for requirements gathering, dependency analysis, migration planning support, validation activities, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement efforts across the GIS platform transformation program., * Analyze GIS datasets, business processes, applications, services, and integrations to support migration strategy and execution. * Conduct data inventory, classification, and rationalization assessments. * Identify and document application and service dependencies associated with GIS assets. * Develop migration recommendations, prioritization matrices, and validation requirements. * Support design and validation of target-state PostgreSQL/PostGIS data models. * Perform advanced data analysis, reconciliation, and migration quality reviews. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and validate migration outcomes. * Support modernization of GIS applications, integrations, and workflows. * Participate in ETL workflow assessment and transformation activities involving FME and Python-based automation. * Create executive dashboards, status reports, KPI reporting, and migration metrics. * Assist in defining governance standards, data stewardship processes, and operational procedures. * Support user acceptance testing and defect remediation efforts. * Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cloud GIS optimization. * Provide recommendations supporting future GIS capabilities, analytics, and platform growth initiatives.
