Success Profile · Hands-on leader who enjoys building systems and solving problems. · Strong business partner who translates operational needs into practical technology solutions. · Comfortable operating independently and making decisions. · Service-oriented and committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience. · Resourceful, adaptable, and energized by a dynamic environment. ## Description San Diego Wave FC is seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to lead technology operations across the Club's headquarters, training facility, and matchday environments. Reporting to the SVP, Operations, this role serves as the Club's technology leader and is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that support employees, players, coaches, and business operations. The role combines technical expertise, people leadership, vendor management, project execution, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced professional sports environment. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to resolve day-to-day challenges. They are a builder, a strong business partner, and someone who enjoys creating efficient systems, improving workplace experiences, and helping organizations scale. As the Club's technology leader, this role is responsible for ensuring employees have the tools, systems, and workplace infrastructure necessary to perform at their best.
