## About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support supply chain and procurement technology initiatives. This entry-level role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of SAP-based solutions across procurement and logistics functions.
The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and an interest in supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, or warehouse management., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field

 * 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain-related roles
 * Foundational understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
 * Familiarity with procurement, inventory, or logistics processes
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

Preferred Qualifications

 * 1-2 years' experience in SAP MM, WM/EWM, or logistics modules
 * Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies
 * Exposure to SAP Fiori or SAP Ariba
 * Relevant internship or coursework in ERP or supply chain

## Description

* Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
 * Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
 * Support implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions across procurement and logistics domains
 * Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
 * Participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business challenges
 * Create documentation such as process maps, use cases, and functional specifications
 * Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
 * Assist in issue resolution and production support activities
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and system integrators
 * Maintain high attention to detail in data analysis and documentation
