As a Lead Avionics Hardware Design Engineer, you will guide concept-to-production hardware development for ICE products, shaping critical electrical systems, CCAs, PWBs, and embedded firmware in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. A day in the role You'll move from early architecture decisions to hands-on design in Altium, from bench testing to design reviews, and from system requirement definition to firmware updates. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary partners to deliver robust solutions that meet demanding aerospace and defense standards.
