## About the Role

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Management or a related field.
10+ years of experience leading complex IT transformation programs in multinational environments.
Proven experience in Digital Workplace, Workplace & Collaboration, Microsoft 365, AI adoption or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Strong program and portfolio management expertise, including governance, stakeholder management and financial oversight.
Demonstrated experience driving organizational change and user adoption.
Experience managing strategic suppliers and complex delivery ecosystems.
Professional certification preferred (PMP, PgMP, MSP, IPMA, Agile or equivalent).
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
