* Que atiendas llamadas y correos de usuarios/as
 * Que des soporte informático - Incidencias de redes y telecomunicaciones-.
 * Que estés familiarizado/a con herramientas de ticketing, * CFGM Informática o similar, o conocimientos equivalentes
 * Conocimientos y experiencia en:
o VozIP.
o Experiencia en redes WiFi (optimización de parámetros como la frecuencia o cambios de canal).
o Cómo funciona el DHCP y DNS
o Saber lo que es un PTR.
o Habilitar una DMZ.
o Diferenciar una IP pública de una IP privada.
o Interpretar estado de luces de un Router.
o Configuración manual de parámetros TCP/IP

 * Dominio del castellano, catalán e inglés
 * Don de gentes y facilidad de trato con los/as usuarios/as. Nuestro trabajo consiste en ayudar a personas y por eso es clave.
