 * Maintain troubleshooting logs and document solutions for future reference
 * Report project status and issues to team leaders
 * Conduct product research and analyze market trends
 * Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for clients
 * Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
