Nice to Have * Experience building or maintaining exports, reporting tools, or custom client scripts. * Familiarity with ACH (Automated Clearing House) processing. * Prior experience in client-facing support, success, or technical troubleshooting. * Experience documenting technical fixes for non-technical audiences ## Description We think big for our clients and company to define rules and be a leader in creating a future we all want to live in., The Hotfix team is responsible for delivering urgent, high-impact fixes for enterprise clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
