Great opportunity for a motivated and very strong level 2 support tech looking to take their career to the next step. ## Description About the Role The End User Services (EUS) Engineer provides advanced desktop support, endpoint management, and global operational support for corporate team members. This role serves as a Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation resource, manages endpoint technologies, supports Microsoft 365 services, and helps ensure a secure and reliable end-user experience.
