Responsible for both the configuration and operation of system tools used to manage the Microsoft Windows desktop infrastructure, application packaging, and desktop compliance. Monitors system performance for accuracy, efficiency, and recommends technical upgrades. Provides technical advice, guidance and informal training to both coworkers and customers. Acts as primary point of escalation for Office of Information Technology (OIT's) Direct Services team of nine when technical issues exceed their scope of knowledge or skill set. Lead teams of two or three member in support of OIT project efforts.
