This is a full-time position located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Reporting to the Director of IT Services, the IT Adoption Specialist is responsible for driving the effective use and adoption of core technology tools across The Christian and Missionary Alliance. This role bridges the gap between the technology provided by IT and the day-to-day work of Areas of Ministry (AOMs) and staff. The specialist ensures that technology tools are configured to support real-world workflows, equips staff with the knowledge and confidence to use them effectively, and helps the organization realize the full value of its technology investments. In the performance of these responsibilities, this position will support the overall mission of the C&MA as described below.
