EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. In this position you'll serve as lead information technology staff and project leader, ensuring proper monitoring and maintenance of various system servers, troubleshooting and determining analyses of technological issues, and providing software assistance to users. In this role, you'll work in coordination with Human Resources and DDS Management to facilitate employee onboarding processes and function as an SSA security officer.
