## About the Role

Candidate must be local to District of Columbia, Virginia or Maryland.

1.SharePoint Platform Expertise

(a)Hands on experience administering SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019).

(b)Proficiency in site collections, lists/libraries, permissions, content types, workflows, and search configuration.

(c)Experience with Microsoft 365 features that integrate with SharePoint, 2.Infrastructure & Administration Skills

(a)Understanding of SharePoint architecture, service applications, and site provisioning concepts.

(b)Ability to monitor system health, performance, and storage usage.

(c)Experience with patching, updates, and troubleshooting (especially for on prem environments).

(d)Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management.

3.Tools & Automation

(a)Experience with PowerShell for SharePoint admin tasks.

(b)Familiarity with modern page designs and templates.

4.Security & Compliance Skills

(a)Knowledge of governance frameworks, including permissions models and data lifecycle policies.

(b)Experience with compliance and auditing capabilities in Microsoft 365.

(c)Understanding of organizational or federal security standards if working in government environments.

5.Soft Skills & Professional Competencies

*Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

*Excellent communication abilities to support users and coordinate with stakeholders.

*Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

*Experience working in structured environments using ITIL or similar frameworks (helpful, not required).

Experience Requirements

10+ years of SharePoint experience with at least 2 of those at the Senior Admin level

3+ years of experience supporting an enterprise or government environment
